We are still offering local hand deliveries to Maryport areas, Cockermouth areas, Whitehaven areas and Workington areas.

All orders take 1-2 weeks to process unless stated otherwise.  

Once your order is ready you will receive an email regarding collections. 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order please don't worry! Pop us an email and we can help with the next steps. 
As all of our goods are personalised we are not always able to refund or accept returns once the product has been made. 

If for any reason the goods are faulty or damaged please contact us at and we will be more than happy to replace the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
